Abstract: This script emphasizes the calculation of the distribution of Type A molecules known as the Mobile Nano-Sensors and Type C molecules which are Secondary Biomarkers in a diffusion based molecular communication environment. A cylindrical structure based system model has been considered with spatial and temporal components. Type A molecules travel through this cylindrical-based blood vessel with a Gaussian distribution and they after reacting with the Biomarker's form a secondary type of molecule known as the Type C molecule with Log-Normal Distribution. Based on the Fick's Laws of Diffusion, the value of molecular density and molecular flux has been calculated for both Type A and Type C molecules. The plots of the various distributions have been obtained. © 2019 IEEE.
