Abstract: In the present age of changing ecological balance due to rampant human intervention, the need for the technology which can assist humans during the natural disaster is increasing. The swarm optimization techniques have proved their significance in different fields to achieve desired results[1] [2]. Here we are trying to capitalize on the same techniques with integration of other techniques like face detection along with the object tracking algorithms to achieve a desired UAV which can aid humans during natural disasters where humans can't reach out as promptly as these technologies can. Moreover the added advantage with swarm technology is that even if some of the UAVs fails ,the other UAVs are not affected and are able to execute the rescue work. In sense the efficacy of the entire rescue operation is not hampered. © 2021 IEEE.
